Educational and wellness scope
Vibrational Virtue™, Physical/Vibrational Radiesthesia content, assessments, courses, community material, and related services are offered for educational, informational, spiritual, and general wellness purposes. They are not medical care and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Always seek an appropriately licensed professional for medical or mental-health concerns.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login, and activity under your account. Free community membership does not grant paid client or training access. Paid features become available only after a verified purchase or documented administrative entitlement. Access may be suspended for misuse, unlawful conduct, payment reversal, security risk, or violation of community rules.
Community conduct
Do not harass others, post unlawful or infringing content, disclose another person’s private information, solicit unauthorized business, evade access controls, or disrupt the portal. Community content may be moderated, restricted, or removed. You retain responsibility for material you submit and grant us permission to display and operate that material within the service.
Purchases and recurring charges
Prices, billing frequency, number of installments, renewal terms, and cancellation information shown at checkout form part of your purchase. A fixed installment plan is a commitment to pay the disclosed total in the stated installments; stopping future access does not automatically erase amounts already owed. A continuing subscription renews at the displayed frequency until canceled through the stated process. Review checkout terms before authorizing payment.
Intellectual property
The website design, course materials, recordings, documents, logos, original written content, and Vibrational Virtue™ materials are owned by or licensed to The DYL Method™. Personal access does not permit copying, recording, redistribution, resale, public performance, credential sharing, or creation of competing materials without written permission.
Third-party services and links
The platform uses third-party payment, video, shipping, communications, and infrastructure services. Their availability and terms may affect portions of the service. External links are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for an outside site’s content or practices.
Disclaimers and limitation
Services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise a particular health, financial, educational, certification, business, or personal outcome. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
