Refund, Cancellation, and Shipping Policy

Digital products and training

Digital downloads, recorded courses, portal access, and installment payments for digital training are final and non-refundable once access or delivery is provided, except where applicable law requires otherwise. A fixed installment plan divides one total purchase price into scheduled payments; it is not a month-to-month cancellation plan.

Assessments, consultations, and appointments

Appointment changes and cancellations are subject to the terms shown when booking. Contact us promptly if you need to reschedule. Work already performed, personalized materials already prepared, missed appointments, and late cancellations may be non-refundable to the extent disclosed at booking and permitted by law.

Physical products

All physical-product sales are final and non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, you may request a review of the issue. Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs when appropriate. After review, we may provide a replacement or another appropriate remedy. Opened consumable products cannot be returned.

Shipping

Physical-product checkout requires a deliverable shipping address. Shipping charges are calculated or displayed before payment. Our ordinary delivery estimate is 3 to 7 business days after fulfillment begins, but carrier delays, address problems, holidays, severe weather, inventory, and other circumstances can affect delivery.

If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will provide an appropriate delay notice and the option required by applicable law. Tracking information will be sent when available. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate address and for contacting us promptly about address errors.

Subscriptions

Subscription pricing, billing frequency, product schedule, and renewal terms are displayed before purchase. Subscriptions continue until canceled using the available account, payment-provider, or contact process. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not provide a refund for an order already processed or shipped.

Chargebacks and support

Please contact us through the Contact page before filing a payment dispute so we can investigate order, access, delivery, or billing issues. This does not limit any rights available through your card issuer or applicable law.
