Share your own link. Every month one of your referrals stays subscribed to the $55/month PolariTea Membership, you get paid — for as long as they remain a member. The more active members you bring in, the higher your rate climbs.
Your rate is set the moment each person joins, based on how many of your other referrals are active at that exact moment — and it's locked in for that person for good. Growing past a tier only raises the rate for new people who join after that point.

These totals recur every month each referral stays subscribed — this isn't a one-time bonus.
Payouts run quarterly. Once you complete a short one-time Stripe setup (your bank details, handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store them), you're paid automatically each quarter. No setup yet, or if it's ever switched to manual, we pay you directly instead — either way, nothing you've earned is ever lost.
